What happens to unused hours?
Included hours renew each month and do not roll over. You can review your available balance before starting a new transcription.
Does a stereo file count twice?
No. Billing follows recording duration, regardless of mono or stereo channels. A 60-minute stereo interview uses one audio hour.
Can I use this for real-time captions?
Cadence is designed for recorded media. Live streaming and real-time captioning are not part of the current service.
